Data collected from the 3 pilot areas (Arta, Gjirokastra, Western Macedonia) and other areas of the cross-border area are analyzed.

Data concern:

• Energy performance of the buildings and the level of familiarity with the techniques and methodologies for nearly zero energy buildings (nZEBs).
• Project design for the development of nZEBs with emphasis on the building stock of public bodies and the wider public sector.
• Sources of public funding for nZEBs.
• Monitoring the results of projects in public buildings (methodologies, tools, procedures, etc.).
• Data to determine the potential for the establishment of Energy Communities in eligible areas.
