18.Kindergarten of the cross-border region

The examination of the data from the EPC shows that the current situation of the kindergarten building of the cross-border region is considered to be very unsatisfactory (Class F) by taking into account that the building belongs to the educational buildings sector. In particular, the analysis of the energy data showed that the building is 2.3 times more energy-intensive than the reference building, especially as regards the use of energy for heating, in the specific climatic zone (C). Also, the annual CO₂ emissions are 52.1 kg/m² and are considered low. Following the interventions proposed, the building will be included in Class D, saving 55.1 kWh/m² of primary energy per year (30.2%) and reducing CO2 emissions by 8.78 kg/m².
