12.Sports Centre of the cross-border region

The examination of the data from the EPC shows that the current situation of the Sports Centre of the cross-border region is considered to be marginally unsatisfactory (Class D) by taking into account that the building belongs to the sports buildings sector. In particular, the analysis of the energy data showed that the building is 1.5 times more energy-intensive than the reference building, especially as regards the use of energy for heating and cooling, in the specific climatic zone (C). Also, the annual CO2 emissions are 289.9 kg/m2 and are considered high. Following the interventions proposed, the building will be included in Class B+, saving 463.3 kWh/m2 of primary energy per year (48%) and reducing CO2 emissions by 126.3 kg/m2.
